Michel Danis is a creator of personalized wedding cakes in the Montreal region and its suburbs. His experience as a pastry / chocolatier chef spans more than 30 years. He also has 15 years of experience as sales director for a cake decorating Products Company.

As a senior cake decorator for his company, Michel became an instructor in cake decorating and has travelled all across the province of Quebec, Ontario, the Maritimes and the United States. He has taught his art to students and employees of large supermarkets and private businesses in cake decorating. He is also a local instructor for special workshops in cake decorating and gives numerous conferences to colleagues in the industry.
